    Position summary

    Essential Functions:

    Spearhead the financial reporting functions, ensuring accurate and timely preparation and filing of 10-K, 10-Q and other SEC required documents. Collaborate with Investor Relations in preparation and review of quarterly financial press releases. Manage the lease accounting process for WWE including review of contracts and monthly journal entries. Coordinate the preparation and review of information in support of TKO's annual audit and quarterly reviews, as well as WWE's statutory audits. Provide support on a broad range of technical accounting areas, including revenue recognition, debt, lease accounting, by partnering with the Corporate Technical Accounting Group (CTAG Team) for transaction analysis to ensure GAAP compliance, and aid in creation of technical accounting documentation when necessary. Liaise with external auditors during the annual audit and quarterly reviews, ensuring all financial reports align with GAAP and SEC requirements. Collaborate closely with the finance and operational teams to enhance policies and processes surrounding financial reporting and lease accounting. Stay current with emerging accounting pronouncements and SEC regulations, evaluating their impact and integrating necessary adjustments into company policies and procedures. Develop a high level of expertise in the company's accounting software, JD Edwards (JDE) and Hubble reporting software, as well as SEC filing software, Certent. Other duties, including special projects and analysis for senior management, as assigned.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with a CPA or Master's degree in Accounting/Finance highly preferred. At least 6 years of progressive experience in accounting, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role, preferably within a public company or a public accounting firm. Deep understanding of SEC, GAAP and SOX compliance is essential. Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Strong proficiency in financial systems and Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Microsoft Excel, is a must. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with all levels of the organization and external partners. Self-motivated and proactive; able to function in a fast paced, dynamic environment and still pay close attention to details Ability to work evenings, weekends, and periodic long days. Ability to travel periodically for work. Ability to maintain discretion and confidential information.
