    Allyson Lower joined Avanade in 2012 and was instrumental in the creation of Avanade’s Experience Design (XD) capability, where she delivered Avanade’s first XD projects for clients in healthcare, technology, philanthropy, and retail. Allyson has deep expertise in creating the right user-centric experiences for hundreds of clients across industries. In 2016, Allyson played a key role in setting up Avanade’s first Digital Studio in Seattle. The Studio took the best of the agency and consulting worlds and created an environment known for creativity, design, and technology with a relentless user-centered approach. As Director of Studios, she then grew the practice from a single Studio, to eight across North America, and she now runs the larger Digital Innovation Studio for all of North America.

    Prior to joining Avanade, Allyson spent nine years at Ascentium where she built Website Production and Optimization as a practice and five years as a Project & Partnership Manager at xSides. 

    Allyson is the proud mother of four incredible kids and credits her experiences as a mother with helping to craft her ability to lead people and grow their skills. She’s a dedicated leader, known for empowering and pushing people to become their very-best selves. Her people-centric focus has directly led to the Studio’s successful delivery model of keeping people (and end users) at the center of everything we do.

    Pamela Maynard is responsible for spearheading the strategy of Avanade’s offerings and services worldwide. In this role, she oversees the Modern Workplace, Business Applications, Applications & Infrastructure, and Data & AI businesses; the innovation, incubation and development of new offerings; Avanade’s Advisory Services; and the company’s delivery organization.

    Prior to her current role, Pamela was president of Avanade Europe, where she directed strategy and operations across 13 European geographies. She also previously held the role of General Manager of Avanade UK.

    Pamela came to Avanade from Capgemini, where she led its Accelerated Development Centres and IT performance improvement for global clients. She also has held IT strategy and program management positions at Ernst & Young and consultancy roles at Oracle.

    Michele possesses strong and equal expertise in technology, science, marketing, and business. She
    began her career as research scientist in the early stages of genetic engineering, gene targeting and
    chromosomal chemistry. For the last 25 years, she has launched and managed numerous
    departments and organizations in various verticals especially within the advanced technology,
    academic, advertising and marketing, and healthcare space. She is a published author and frequent
    speaker in the area of patient experiences and the impact on health outcomes.

    Michele has led teams of PhD data scientists and quantitative research analysts, and engineers within
    advanced technologies including machine learning, artificial intelligence, IoT, predictive and
    prescriptive analyses, text analytics, high-level security environments, and cloud infrastructures, as
    well as teams in marketing and business analytics.

    At Avanade Michele is focused on implementing Big Data, Cloud, Data Visualization, Data Science,
    Machine Learning, AI, IoT, Predictive and Prescriptive Analytics, and Enterprise Analytics and
    Reporting solutions that deliver measurable, meaningful, and action-oriented outcomes and impact
    for its clients.

    Michele has degrees and certificates in Microbiology, Computer Engineering, Law, and Data Science.
    She has a PhD in Information Technology with specialization in Data Science and Research
    Methodologies. Michele co-founded Wool Labs, LLC. Wool Labs is the leader in Social Cognition
    Technologies.

      • If you are the birth mother of a newborn child, Avanade will provide up to 8 continuous weeks of Maternity Leave Pay at 100% of your base earnings from the date of the birth of the child.
      • If you are the Primary Caregiver, Avanade will provide up to 8 continuous weeks of Primary Caregiver Leave Pay at 100% of your base earnings from the date of the birth or adoption of the child, or immediately after the conclusion of Maternity leave if you are the birth mother.  *Primary Caregiver status must be declared by completing a Primary Caregiver Affidavit.

      • If you are the Secondary Caregiver, Avanade will provide up to 2 continuous weeks of Secondary Caregiver Leave Pay at 100% of your base earnings from the date of birth or adoption of the child, or immediately after the conclusion of Maternity leave if you are the birth mother and consider yourself the Secondary Caregiver.
      • Employees may use sick, vacation, floating holiday time and Sabbatical to extend the paid portion of the Leave.
