    Rosa Nunez is responsible for developing and executing BCW’s U.S Diversity and Inclusion strategy, with the purpose to foster a workplace culture that empowers its people to bring their whole selves to work, promotes inclusivity and as a result, attracts, retains and fosters the best possible talent. Her initiatives are centered around recruitment, learning & development, engagement, retention and external positioning. Rosa started her Diversity & Inclusion career at Accenture, where she had a long tenure leading and managing multiple global-scaled Diversity & Inclusion programs.

    In late 2015, Rosa accepted the challenge of designing and implementing a multi-year Diversity & Inclusion strategy for Omnicom Media Group, where she led all US efforts up until transitioning to Burson-Marsteller in February 2018. Rosa’s work and personal efforts have been recognized across the industry and has been named “Diversity Champion” by FindSpark and NV Magazine- The New Vision in Business.

    When she is not hard at work, Rosa enjoys spending time with her family and dedicating her time giving back to the community as a member of the PR Council, The Advertising Club of NY Diversity Committee, The YearUp Organization, The Hispanic Alliance for Career Enhancement. Rosa holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Arts Management and a Master's Degree in Business Administration.
