Have things gotten better, worse, or stayed the same for women at Caterpillar Inc. in the past year?

Corporate initiatives pushing for women have put a bullseye on the backs of women from men. Every female promotion or hire is now met with contempt from the 85% male population that it wasn't earned. And there is NO intersectionality. The company now forces CatPAC info on all US employees which only backs rightwing candidates. At last healthcare change, my birth control now costs $210 with my insurance. They also won't cover mammograms if you're high risk and under 40 regardless of doctor recommendation. My female peers are now being passively derailed in careers based on personality feedback.
