Hi everyone! I'm hoping to get some advice from this wonderful community. After leaving a toxic workplace where my confidence took quite a hit, I've been fortunate enough to receive a job offer that I'm genuinely excited about.

When there is psychological safety, you can bring your whole self to work

I quit a month ago, but should I submit anything to HR?

Is my job looking for a reason to fire me?

I was just laid off from my workplace of 15.5 years where I was a Vice President. Over email. With no severance, and 2 days notice that my medical coverage is being cut off (in the US, unfortunately).

I need opinions on whether my employer is in the right or wrong. Even if what they're doing is legal, I wouldn't say it's ethical.....

I read the FGB article about the 11 illegal areas of harassment in the workplace and realized I’m experiencing 4, maybe 5. I’ve reported the harassment to my supervisor, her supervisor and things have only gone from bad to worse.

With so many posting about working in toxic, stressful and unhealthy environments, I want to offer some advice to help balance the anxiety and depression with some healthy and calming rituals.

I started my job a few weeks ago.

I have been working for my employer since 2013, and for personal reasons I had to move to a part-time working pattern in 2017. For most of that time, I was working as a Technical trainer for clients, fully utilised, receiving great client feedback and gaining a reputation within the industry for delivering excellence.
