Does General Electric Offer Flexible, Remote and Part-Time Jobs?
  • Work from Home Jobs

    100%
    Available
    • Telecommuting jobs were offered in the past.
    • I have been telecommuting since 2011. This is a negotiated benefit.
    • many WFH jobs available
    • This is not true. The work CAN be done remotely, but GEHC discriminates against single moms and at times "DEMANDS" the employee to be in the office under unmanageable home circumstances. If the work is done, why does it matter WHERE it is done? There is no more "work-life balance" for single mothers. Borderline 'bullying' in roles that are truly remote, but employees are forced to come into an office only to be on the phone or PC all day anyway.
  • Flexible Jobs

    • Limited possibilities
    • unlimited PTO for much of the workforce allows for great flexibility.
  • Part-Time Jobs

    • Often freelance positions
  • Comments About Flexibility

    • A large percentage of my colleagues can work remotely. I work from home every week at least a few days and this is very common across the HR department at least.
