You would think that after years of running around the tennis court, nothing would wear Serena Williams out. But according to a recent interview, her daughter, Olympia, is giving her a run for her money.
As most parents know, being a mom to an almost-two-year-old is basically a full-time job. Between dealing with meltdowns, dress up and potty training, Williams says she's "worn out" after a day with her toddler. And that's before she trains for tennis, manages her businesses, attends press events, or tackles any of the other amazing projects she is always getting herself into.
But Williams says she's figured out a strategy that helps her deal with the demands of motherhood — taking a minute at night to de-stress and prepare for the next day.
"You are worn out with a toddler — at least I am; I get so worn out, but I love every second of it," she said. "My only advice is to take a deep breath and get ready for the next day."

It might be easier said than done to let things go and get a good night's rest. And not everything works for everyone. But spending some time on you before bed will help you recharge your Baby Shark-infested brain.
One good way to ease your parenting anxiety? Remember that no one has it figured out. Not even Williams.
"Actually, my other advice is to definitely give me some advice because I'm going to need it — I heard things gets really crazy after a while," she laughed.
