First-time mom and torn on introducing sugar to toddler
Looking for personal experiences and not judging either way! I’m a healthy eater but I didn’t grow up this way. Cereal, sugar, chocolate and pastries weren’t a big deal growing up and I’m nostalgic when I think of the amount of Cinnamon Toast Crunch I used to have. But now that I eat healthy I have a hard time feeding my toddler sugar. Even when I type this I know it sounds crazy. When is the right time to introduce sugar? Should I be more relaxed about it now?
