Hmmmm.. your plan B should be your Plan A. Start that business! Why build someone else's dream when you can build your own?!

The Plan A job will give me a way to get out from under this awful situation and give me an appropriate amount of time to develop a business plan, secure funding that will allow me to build and then grow. Plan A can be executed within days or at most a couple of weeks. Plan B will take nine to 18 months to put into action. Primarily because funding seldom happens quickly. Grant applications go on schedules and take up to a year to process, so that will drive how quickly I could possibly set up to leave. For my mental health, I need a change sooner rather than later. I did not intend to imply that if A happens, B won't. Plans A & B are in place and working concurrently.
