I am writing a book on the best ways to manage Gen Z and would love to hear from anyone about their experience working with people of different ages. Thanks so much!

Not suggesting a bias, but a 10 year old book doesn't help someone looking on how to manage GenZ.

Thanks for your reply, I do see your point.. however if you get a chance to read the chapter on millennials/younger folks, you may very well get the writer's view and that of several studies in terms of what's going on with the next generation (their confusions or response to too much information) by the virtue of being born in a digital world, where online identity has hacked their true life, era of instant gratification (and their loneliness too) and I can frankly feel that stands true (in sense of a continuing effect) with Gen Z also.. Thanks.

The millennials that you refer to are now the supervisors. The OP is looking for content on how millennials will lead GenZ or even GenAlpha.

Again, 10-year-old content has 0 to do with today's generation. Zerooooo.
