Autodesk's sabbatical program is designed to give you extended time away from work, so you can return to work not only refreshed but also excited about new ideas and ready to tackle new challenges. The sabbatical program gives you the opportunity to take paid time off after every four years of service. You can take six consecutive weeks of leave the time must be taken all at once and receive 100% of your current pay and benefits.
Autodesk's Emerging Leaders Program supports the development of aspiring leaders. Throughout the program, participants learn about critical leadership themes through leader-led and self-paced training, practical exercises, individual professional coaching, and cohort-based group learning. This approach personalizes the learning experience and provides the opportunity to work on developmental goals along the way.

What are the three work-type categories under the Flexible Workplace Program?
Office-Based - Work primarily from the office and will have a dedicated desk.
Hybrid - Flexibility to work from home and from an Autodesk office.
Home-Based - Work from home office.
Autodesk offers a Flexible Workplace Program which is designed to maximize flexibility to meet individual employee needs, while also ensuring that business needs are met. Employees will have more flexibility for remote work choices, but with some notable limitations. Employees who are in jobs that are eligible for Hybrid flexibility will have the ability to choose between the Office-Based and Hybrid option. For employees who are in a job that is defined as required to be office-based, they will not have a choice to work Hybrid. All Home-Based assignment requests must be approved by your manager on a limited case-by-case basis. Home-Based assignments are only appropriate for new hires or approved individual relocation requests where the employee will live in a location not commutable distance to an Autodesk office.

Autodesk provides several types of leave to accommodate your needs including six weeks of parental leave and up to 12 weeks of maternity leave!
In addition to offering fertility benefits, caregiver support, and a dependent care flexible spending account (FSA) - through Autodesk's Make a Family program, you can get up to $10,000 per calendar year for adoption, IVF or co-maternity, surrogacy, and egg or sperm freezing services (infertility treatments are not eligible).
Maternity (Pregnancy-Related Disability) Leave allows paid time off as directed by your doctor due to pregnancy, childbirth or related medical conditions. With doctor's certification,employees receive short-term disability benefits at 100% pay for up to 90 days.
With manager's approval, employee can return to work on a part-time basis as a transition period.
All Autodesk medical plans provide some level of coverage for infertility-related services.

Autodesk subsidizes 30% of an employee's dependent care FSA election if the household adjusted gross income is less than $175,000.
The company will continue the employees regular pay for up to 2 weeks for family-related leave.
