Autodesk provides several types of leave to accommodate your needs including six weeks of parental leave and up to 12 weeks of maternity leave!
In addition to offering fertility benefits, caregiver support, and a dependent care flexible spending account (FSA) - through Autodesk's Make a Family program, you can get up to $10,000 per calendar year for adoption, IVF or co-maternity, surrogacy, and egg or sperm freezing services (infertility treatments are not eligible).
