Baxter’s Business Resource Groups (BRGs) are an important component of creating an inclusive and diverse culture and advancing our priorities as a company and in the communities where we live and work. Our BRGs are employee-run affinity groups that support the recruitment, retention, engagement and development of diverse employees across Baxter. We have a formal sponsorship program in which senior leaders advocate to advance high-performing women and underrepresented minorities in their careers across the United States.
Mentoring for new women leaders: Our WoMentoring program supports women who have been newly hired or promoted into roles at the director level and above through mentoring relationships with other women in leadership.
We provide resources to help U.S. employees prepare for and manage parenthood and caregiving as working professionals.
