We have a women's ERG that believes in the power of connecting women, those who identify as women and allies across the organization with programs like a speaker series and one-on-one mentorship, providing support to build relationships, navigate the workplace and develop professionally.
We have always worked with employees on an individual basis to provide them with working arrangements that make sense for them while considering business requirements. Since the pandemic started, we have doubled down on this flexibility and when we formally return to the office this fall (pending location conditions), most employees will be semi-remote and semi-in-office should they choose to do so.
We also have a flexible PTO policy that empowers employees to take paid time how they would like to and when they need it.
employees who would like to work remotely permanently can request to do so. We also have a temporary remote work policy in place due to the pandemic.
This year, we introduced new leave of absence policies, including a new growing family policy. After six months of service, birthing, and non-birthing parents in the US are eligible for 16 weeks of fully paid bonding leave. Birthing parents are also eligible for pregnancy disability benefits prior to bonding leave, resulting in 22 to 28 weeks total paid leave.
we provide access to lactation facilities in all of our offices globally.
People Business Partners provide employees going on growing family leave with support and coaching prior to, during and after leave.
we partner with Carrot for fertility assistance for employees and their spouses/domestic partners. The Carrot benefit provides employer-sponsored funds that employees can use.
employees may take 10 days of paid time off on an intermittent basis to use their discretion to flexibly start leave or return to work within 6 months of starting leave or returning.
eligible employees can take advantage of our caregiver leave and/or use flexible PTO depending on the situation.
