"You will get along well if you are a white woman. The company tries and succeeds at supporting women in general. They have a ways to go to understand and support women of color unfortunately and some people can be very fake and difficult. "

"Not only is this company full of inspiring, intelligent women who are kind and helpful anyway, there are a tonne of programmes and processes that support us, from 121 mentoring, to meet ups and networking, to talks and events, to benefits and policies. I literally couldn't recommend this company more if I tried."

"Braze has truly fostered an inclusive work environment. I've been with the company for over 2 years, and they're empathetic to work-life balance, medical leave, stock options, and educating employees on DEI initiatives and corporate giving. Those are some of the many reasons why I'll continue to work here!"

"Braze truly cares about it's employees and puts DEI as it's top priority. The Women at Braze and Fem-mentor ERG's are great resources and groups to be apart of and see advocate internally and externally for equity. I started off as an individual contributor and have been promoted into a leadership role, once before and once after maternity leave. I feel supported as both a woman and mother."
