      • Broadridge offers time off for pregnancy and bonding under FMLA or similar state laws, and Salary Continuation. Your FMLA (up to 12 weeks) will begin on your first day out of work, therefore you may not have the full duration of your FMLA time available post-delivery. However, you will still receive 15 weeks off post-partum under Broadridge’s policy (not to exceed 26 weeks total). Additional time off may also be available under various state and local laws.

                  • The company already offers bonuses to employees, particularly in sales and at managerial levels, and will increase those bonuses by 40% for non-management employees. It also increased its World Class Service Bonus, which is available to all employees, to $1,750. The World Class Service Bonus program is available for hourly non-management employees, which make up more than half of the workforce.
                  • The company promotes the idea that salary doesn't determine satisfaction. It doesn't offer profit sharing to the masses. Annual compensation increases don't rely heavily on individual performance. Managers are being scruitinized in the ultimate number (1-5) of your performance year-end. They must have a bell curve, and everyone cannot get good numbers.
                  • If you are not in sales or at a managerial level, you will get one bonus, not based on your performance, or even the performance of your particular product.
                  • There seems to be a trend in promoting "acting" managers, who act as a manager without a pay increase for a year, and then be considered for management.
