Chronogals! Our women’s ERG that is inclusive to anyone who identifies themselves as a woman or ally. We also have a growing Chronoparents ERG for our employees with families at home, virtual babysitters, and teammates who just love a good baby pic!
since working together in person is a little tougher these days, we’ve introduced several virtual meet ups for our team members. Each main hub has a virtual weekly within their timezone as well as a overall company virtual meet up. We’ve also implemented Chronut (our version of #donut on Slack) where you’re randomly paired with a teammate every other week over virtual coffee/tea.
our team values diversity of thought and have rolled out initiatives like Built by Girls to continue self learning and hopefully helping to inspire underrepresented people in the space. Our partnership with Fairygodboss has also become a great initiative for our team as well. We’re on the earlier and smaller side than most companies on FairyGodBoss, but this was truly because we believe in the impact of diversity from an early stage and we’re excited to learn more about the community as the partnership grows!
We want to make sure our team is growing and performing steadily and in a healthy manner, and a part of this is taking time off the recharge. Because of this we have implemented a flexible working policy so our team is able to work where and when they’re at their finest.

our team is international with our hubs in Seattle, New York, and Vilnius, Lithuania. In between these hubs we have team members in Idaho, Colorado, California, Germany, Poland, and the list continues!
Because of this we have adapted our policies accordingly and welcome everyone, regardless of location.
We offer our new parents 16 weeks + 8 weeks for purposes relating to pregnancy and childbirth, adoption, and bonding with a new child. We want everyone in Chronosphere to be able to balance their job and family duties; work shouldn’t unduly hinder a parent’s responsibilities toward their child or consistently prevent them from spending time together.
We don’t differentiate among biological children, adoptive children, foster children, and step-children, as long as they’re under the custody or care of an employee who is their legal guardian.
We care about our team and care about their teams at home too! Because of this we cover health insurance completely for our employees and offer 100% coverage for their dependents as well.
we have parental leave of 16 weeks and have flexibility in phasing in for 8 weeks when they return.
our employees may take time off for vacation, personal days, care-taking or sick leave as they see fit!
