"Chronosphere is a great place to work for a woman or anyone, who cares not only about the results, but about the right process, not only about colleagues being experts in their area but also teammates, standing for each other and helping you grow, not only working hard but investing your time to get know your team better, not only building a business quickly but investing into company values and diversity. I was simply impressed that being an early-stage startup, the co-founders and the leadership team put so much emphasis on diversity, on building attractive culture, even though it’s a tougher and longer way in the beginning, but a way that everyone believes and is ready to go."

"Working in tech as a woman can feel intimidating, but that is the last thing I feel working at Chronosphere. I am so happy to see our leaders really emphasizing our diversity initiatives and goals. You can tell they are truly passionate about making Chronosphere a diverse and inclusive environment. I have felt extremely supported in my growth, opportunities, and ability to make an impact from everyone I work with here. "

"Chronosphere has been a breath of fresh air. Coming from a larger company, it was difficult to feel impactful vs. being another cog in the wheel, but at Chronosphere you can see that every opinion and teammate matter. We're still early stage and to be upfront we're working on bringing more female leaders into the company, but I appreciate that the whole company is on the same page and realizes the true value and importance of diversity so it's really exciting to be a part of this growth."
