Colleague Resource Groups
We have 17 Colleague Resource Groups (CRGs), open to all colleagues, with 29K+ members across the company. CRGs are voluntary, colleague-led organizations within CVS Health that foster personal and professional development, promote community, and add business value. CRGs represent a wide range of professional, cultural, ethnic, religious, and personal affinities and interests and are open to all colleagues.

SkillBridge and Fellowship Programs
Here are some ways you can gain valuable work experience and real-world training – all designed to help ease your transition into the civilian workforce:
Transitioning Military SkillBridge Programs: Available throughout the year for transitioning Service Members and Coast Guardsmen who are within 180 days of separation from service. Roles include: Store Manager in Training and Retail Operations Manager
Military Spouse Fellowship Programs: We offer flexible programs throughout the year and have partnered with Hiring Our Heroes to offer a 12-week paid fellowship for military spouses in all 50 states. During this time, you’ll receive professional training and hands-on experiences across CVS Health.
