The WBRG is a corporate diversity and inclusion initiative focuses on helping women reach their full potential at Eversource by sharing experiences and making connections. This BRG assists with personal and professional development and supports employee recruitment, retention and development.

Adoption Leave Paid.
You are eligible for company-paid adoption leave after you complete three months of employment with Eversource. Your pay during the duration of your adoption leave will be based on your base pay in effect on the day your leave starts.
You are eligible for company-paid Short Term Disability day one of employment.
Subsidized Backup Care for children, adults and seniors, which provides an opportunity to schedule up to 10 days each year:
$6 per hour for in-home care for children or adults
$10 per child per day at child care centers ($25 family maximum per day)
