Our Freshworks Women 360 (W360) group covers all employees globally, and our North America chapter is particularly active! W360 offers social events, networking, formal mentorship programs, and a sense of community for women at Freshworks. We're also in the process of launching our Restart program in the US, which aims to welcome people back to the workforce after taking a career break.
Currently, almost all of our employees are working remotely. As we reopen offices, roughly 80%+ of employees will be in a hybrid or flexible working arrangement. Many of the roles we are hiring for as we move forward will be remote-first, rather than tied to an office.
Paid parental leave is available for 8 weeks, on top of paid leave offered by states and localities. During paid leave periods, if you earn your salary based on commissions, you will be paid an average of your previous three months of commission (up to OTE) for each month while you're on leave. After you take paid leave, you can continue to take unpaid leave up to the maximum allowed by the FMLA.
We currently have a subscription to Carrot for North American employees, which offers fertility benefits and planning. We also offer 8 weeks of paid leave to all new parents, including adoptions and fostering. The 8 weeks of paid leave comes on top of benefits that vary by state, and unpaid leave is available up to the maximum amount allowed under the FMLA.
We offer a very flexible vacation policy, and you're free to use your time off to care for family members. You can also reimburse dependent care expenses from your Flexible Spending Account (FSA).
