GDIT offers 3 weeks of Paid Family Leave for the birth, adoption or foster placement of a child as well as offering company-paid Short-term Disability benefits for employees off work due to childbirth.

Ovia Health is a digital platform supporting the complete family care continuum - women's health, family building, maternity, parental wellbeing and children's health. Employees have access to three apps - Ovia Fertility, Ovia Pregnancy, and Ovia Parenting. All three apps offer one-on-one coaching through secure messaging with registered nurses specializes in women's health and mental health.
GDIT offers Wellthy, a family care support partner/family care concierge service. Wellthy supports families with balancing their busy careers, family and social life. Employees receive a Wellthy Care Coordinator to assist them with such things as caring for an aging parent, finding childcare, dealing with a touch diagnosis or ongoing condition, struggling with depression, anxiety, alcoholism or other mental health condition, veterans support, and much more.
