"The overall company is in the middle of a rebrand/merger so your experience with the company will most likely depend on your direct manager and your customer. My personal experience is that I am one of only 3 females working full-time in the office. All of my managers are older white men in baggy suits. The managers are nice enough but there is a clear generational gap and obvious feeling that although they care generally about the well-being of their staff, they don't necessarily care to address any of our specific needs unless they really have to. "The culture is in flux due to a recent large merger. Benefits, particularly paid time off, are lousy. When I started at CSRA, the subsidiary that recently merged with GDIT, their paid family leave policy gave one week paid time off to dads and adoptive parents but none to birth moms. After I raised it to HR the policy was quietly changed. This experience left a bad taste in my mouth. They offer standard STD insurance."
