"I work on a contract at the client site, so a lot of my opinions are based mostly on the client I support. I do have a lot of flexibility to handle family needs in my current job, but in a previous job the client was very discriminatory about time off for pregnancy-related medical appointments. My program manager and company did move me out of that office and into another quickly, but I still did not feel as though I had my company management's total support."
