Nutanix does not have a prescribed number of vacation days or a “paid time off” practice for exempt employees: we offer “flexible time off” away from work for you to re-charge and come back to work refreshed. You work directly with your manager to arrange for time off.
Parental Leave benefits provide eligible employees with paid time off to bond with their child during the first year from birth or adoption, and the Leave runs concurrently with Family Medical Leave Act and/or applicable state specific leave laws.
