6 weeks paid time offer following 90 days of employment. Pay is 100% for the full 6 weeks. The time can be taken within 12 months of birth/adoption.
Benefits for maternity services include prenatal, delivery and postpartum services provided to female members who are pregnant.
Benefits for newborn care include routine nursery care; prematurity services, preventive healthcare services, and services to treat an injury or illness, including care and treatment of medically diagnosed congenital defects and birth abnormalities.
PDL also offers adoption assistance - lifetime max of 15K per household (7500 per child)
