"I have never felt so embraced for being a working mom with a very busy family. My leaders have always encouraged a "family first" culture and celebrated my involvement with my kids' extracurricular activities and my own involvement in ministry. And that involvement hasn't hindered my ability to promoted. I feel like a person first, and an employee second. "

"So far I have not experienced unfairness based on my gender. I appreciate the flexibility all employees are given to manage their personal lives and I see that equality across men & women, especially pertaining to family matters."

"Started at PDL about a year ago at Chicago office. I really feel supportive from my team. I also think this company really invested in DEI network. You can always find a group that supports you and they consistently promote different inclusion network events through internal and public channels. "
