Adoption and Surrogacy Assistance is available to full-time Qualcomm employees regularly scheduled to work at least 30 hours per week who are actively employed or on an approved leave of absence at the time reimbursement is submitted and issued.
Our Adoption and Surrogacy Assistance program offers Qualcomm employees who meet eligibility requirements the opportunity to receive reimbursement of up to $15,000 per child for qualified expenses associated with adopting a child, or when using a surrogate as part of a legal surrogacy arrangement.

Back-Up Care Advantage Program (BUCA)
The Back-Up Care Advantage Program offers you up to seven calendar services per calendar year for your child or an adult/elder relative when your regular arrangements are not available. Reserve care up to one month (30 days) in advance.
