      Our Adoption and Surrogacy Assistance program offers Qualcomm employees who meet eligibility requirements the opportunity to receive reimbursement of up to $15,000 per child for qualified expenses associated with adopting a child, or when using a surrogate as part of a legal surrogacy arrangement.

      Back-Up Care Advantage Program (BUCA)

      The Back-Up Care Advantage Program offers you up to seven calendar services per calendar year for your child or an adult/elder relative when your regular arrangements are not available. Reserve care up to one month (30 days) in advance.

      The program offers you:

      • Access to caregivers for urgent or planned child care needs (for example, babysitter illness, snow day, school holidays, babysitter vacations)
      • Adult and elder care anywhere in the U.S.
      • A national network of high-quality child care centers and screened in-home caregivers
      • A 24/7/365 contact center with experienced consultants to coordinate all care arrangements

      Bright Horizons CareDirect

      CareDirect connects you with more options for regular and long-term care needs – as well as care for evening, weekends and even pet care.

      Use CareDirect when you need help with:

      • Finding pre-screened caregivers (in-home elder care thru Years Ahead and Sittercity)
      • Everyday care (babysitters and nannies) for children of all ages
      • Elder care resources, planning, and referrals
      • Pet care – dog walkers, pet sitters and more
      • Preferred enrollment access and exclusive discounts at participating child care centers nationwide
