The Women’s Leadership Network is an employee resource group that helps women thrive at West Monroe. We work with the entire firm to achieve gender parity and an employee base of women that is reflective of the communities and clients we serve. The network focuses on fostering an inclusive culture by enhancing recruitment, retention, and professional development for women.
We recognize that there are times that employees may need greater work-life flexibility. That is why we have implemented a flexible work arrangement policy to provide our people an opportunity to request flexible schedules suited to their individual needs. We want to create a partnership with our people that allows us to find the balance that works for wherever they are in their journey. In some situations, we can create a schedule that allows our people to adjust their responsibilities while ensuring they are able to continue contributing to West Monroe in a meaningful way. We partner with Bright Horizons Back-Up Care to help our people better manage their many work, family, and personal responsibilities. Back-up Care offers adaptive, flexible support for employees’ child and dependent care needs. West Monroe employees can access last-minute care for children, adult dependents, and elders. Employees also have access to savings, discounts, and assistance in securing ongoing child care, pet care, and more.
