Ask why the most recent women have left?
Compare their benefits to others - ask yourself do you deserve subpar benefits or maybe more - I would say if you are remotely considering having a life or family as a female - this firm is not for you"

"I feel so privileged to be surrounded by mentors of all identities at West Monroe. I am on a majority female team, and have access to mentors I can identify with, which makes me feel like I too can make strides in my career—and I don't have to do it by trying to be like one particular leader. I can bring my authentic self to work and still be a leader at the firm."

"It's refreshing to work in a place where women's opinions are respected and valued equally as those of men. Every person I've encountered so far has demonstrated a deep found respected for women in the workplace and I've had the pleasure of hearing comments from male coworkers supporting females in the workplace (in meetings, around the office, etc.). I believe this mindset is something that makes West Monroe culture truly stand out."
