"Consider if this companies actions support the words. Ask why the most recent women have left? Compare their benefits to others - ask yourself do you deserve subpar benefits or maybe more - I would say if you are remotely considering having a life or family as a female - this firm is not for you"
"Are they really doing all they can to support you? Are they allowing you to be yourself and do you like being that person. Very likely you can and do deserve better."

"I feel so privileged to be surrounded by mentors of all identities at West Monroe. I am on a majority female team, and have access to mentors I can identify with, which makes me feel like I too can make strides in my career—and I don't have to do it by trying to be like one particular leader. I can bring my authentic self to work and still be a leader at the firm."

"It's refreshing to work in a place where women's opinions are respected and valued equally as those of men. Every person I've encountered so far has demonstrated a deep found respected for women in the workplace and I've had the pleasure of hearing comments from male coworkers supporting females in the workplace (in meetings, around the office, etc.). I believe this mindset is something that makes West Monroe culture truly stand out."
