As a result, WMP strays from being a true meritocracy. Very many average performers and the PD/hours ends up falling on others. This becomes more pronounced and worse as you become more senior. With that said, I greatly appreciate the many mentors and leaders here. For the most part, they are always open to talk and help guide you. This isn't something you can easily find in the consulting culture. "
