I worked here for over 3 years. Women are treated very fairly and are in positions of leadership throughout the company (In many departments there are even more women than men). Though I didn't take maternity leave myself, women who did transitioned easily into maternity leave and back into the workplace with no issues.

Again a lot of the issues I experienced were less about gender and more about age and having poor work life balance.
