Again a lot of the issues I experienced were less about gender and more about age and having poor work life balance.

It really depends on which department you work in and who your direct manager is. If you are a creative, I'd stay away.

I worked here for over 3 years. Women are treated very fairly and are in positions of leadership throughout the company (In many departments there are even more women than men). Though I didn't take maternity leave myself, women who did transitioned easily into maternity leave and back into the workplace with no issues.
