      Ameriprise is honored to be included in the Bloomberg Gender-Equality Index for the second year in a row. The 2021 GEI includes 380 companies across 50 industries headquartered in 44 countries and regions around the world committed to a more equal and inclusive workplace. The Bloomberg GEI is an investment index that debuted in 2017 and aims to track the performance of public companies that share gender reporting and offer best-in-class policies and practices to support of women in the workforce. Companies that score above a specific threshold are included on the index.  

      Ameriprise was specifically recognized for:

      • A year-over-year increase in female leadership representation in middle and executive management
      • Continued flexibility through our Smart working guidelines and Alternative work policy, and policies put in place to provide flexibility for employees during the pandemic
