"HR operates completely different than their written policies. For example, if you want an alternative work arrangement, the policy states that you can submit to have one regardless of your tenure, but they will not let you have one unless you've been with the company for many years. Leadership is stuck in the past and employees are commonly mistreated. "

"Resilient company that doesn't take shortcuts. Making big strides to be an inclusive employer. Leadership wants to retain their employees which allows room for flexibility and career development opportunities. I am a rehire and can confidently say the grass is not greener on the other side. I feel at home being back at Ameriprise. "
