Diversity is not a priority for Asurion. Women in key leadership positions have been dimished over the past 12-18 months. Product and Technology are not organizations which favor hiring or promoting women.

There are a lot of women in senior roles at the company. I believe women are treated fairly but there is a lot left to manager discretion when it comes to leave and work life balance.
