"There is definitely a lot of opportunity at this company. It is fast paced, great results, innovative and fun. However, it does take women longer to advance in their careers and we don't see a ton of women in Director+ roles. Asurion is moving in the right direction but they need to start getting more progressive and competitive with diversity, benefits for women and bringing more women into key leadership roles. "

"Diversity is not a priority for Asurion. Women in key leadership positions have been dimished over the past 12-18 months. Product and Technology are not organizations which favor hiring or promoting women. "

"There are a lot of women in senior roles at the company. I believe women are treated fairly but there is a lot left to manager discretion when it comes to leave and work life balance."
