Women's Job Satisfaction (5=very satisfied)

There is definitely a lot of opportunity at this company. It is fast paced, great results, innovative and fun. However, it does take women longer to advance in their careers and we don't see a ton of women in Director+ roles. Asurion is moving in the right direction but they need to start getting more progressive and competitive with diversity, benefits for women and bringing more women into key leadership roles.

Maybe. It's difficult for women to move past mid-level manager roles and we don't have any women on our board.

I would tell them to find a good boss and stay with them. Otherwise, look for a new job.

Diversity is not a priority for Asurion. Women in key leadership positions have been dimished over the past 12-18 months. Product and Technology are not organizations which favor hiring or promoting women.

There are a lot of women in senior roles at the company. I believe women are treated fairly but there is a lot left to manager discretion when it comes to leave and work life balance.
