They are very uderstanding of time neeed for doctor's appointments and school meetings. The maternity leave is not fantastic and nursing mothers just use conference rooms.

Yes, women are in the minority at B&V which is the case across the industry. Black & Veatch is working hard to make changes and fully supports a very active Women's ERG. Women will need to be comfortable being in the minority, but there is a lot to gain from a career here. If a woman is willing to take an overseas assignment, there is even greater opportunity to gain leadership experience.
