Yes, women are in the minority at B&V which is the case across the industry. Black & Veatch is working hard to make changes and fully supports a very active Women's ERG. Women will need to be comfortable being in the minority, but there is a lot to gain from a career here. If a woman is willing to take an overseas assignment, there is even greater opportunity to gain leadership experience.
They have work to do surrounding advancement opportunities and female leadership. Also work to be done regarding equal compensation for women and just hiring women period. Men outnumber women 3:1.
