At Boldly, we are dedicated to promoting work-life balance, flexible schedules, and initiatives that cater to the diverse needs of women, allowing them to pursue both personal and professional aspirations. At the heart of it all, our genuine emphasis on kindness and respect creates a welcoming atmosphere, making women feel appreciated, respected, and excited to be part of our team.
Boldly has been named a Best Workplace For Women by Women’s Choice and Top Inclusive Workplace by COLOR Magazine.
Since 2012, Boldly has pioneered flexible remote work for highly experienced executive assistants. We believe you can have a rewarding career without compromising on the things that matter most in life.
If you’re passionate about exceeding expectations and would love to join a growing company with a culture of kindness, positivity, and care that promotes flexible work as the way of the future — we’d love to hear from you!
Here’s how it works: as one of Boldly’s team you’ll support 1-3 of Boldly’s executive clients on a long-term basis, usually 2-3 years each. You are a Boldly employee and team member, and while you are assigned to work closely with the business leaders at the companies you'll be assisting, you are still very much a part of the Boldly team, supported by your team leader and our culture of caring, camaraderie and team spirit.
And, whether you work part- or full-time, you are a W2 employee with benefits like paid holidays, paid vacation, a matched 401K, quarterly technology stipend, and more.
Boldly’s number one value is kindness, and we place the highest priority on treating each other with kindness and respect, and on creating a culture where everyone feels welcome.
As a woman-owned and women-led business, we aim to build a culture that values and embraces women while also providing the practical support and flexibility that women need. This means our team can enjoy a fufilling career without giving up the things that matter most – whether that’s raising a family, caring for an aging parent, juggling a personal health challenge, or other unique circumstance.
Our goal is to be an example of ways companies can prioritize gender diversity and kindness beyond their core values by designing them into their policies, procedures, and workplace.
