Many moms in higher management, lots of female role models. You'd only be a corps member if you're a young (under 25!)

Not particularly family friendly. Most staff is young (under 30) and do not have children. Not a lot of respect for boundaries or outside of work responsibilities. For example, would be required to work weekends with minimal notice without comping time to make up for it.
