Flexible hours as long as you get your work done (may depend on department). Many women leaders up to senior director level, but sharply drops off at the c-level suite. Some growth opportunity, but people usually don't have the time to help others grow unless you meet someone willing to take you under their wing and help you. As a women, have had difficulty finding a suitable or willing mentor despite being surrounded by other women. Greatest benefit is work/life balance and possibility of remote work (depends on dept and location).
Flexibility depends on the department. I've been lucky to be in a very flexible environment, but I have heard otherwise for other departments.
People growth is preached but not always practiced. You will see many women in leadership, but again depends on your department and line manager to experience women supporting women.
