"Depending on the position work life balance and flexibility can be a challenge. However, I see just as many, if not more, women being promoted. I can not speak to equity of compensation. But, Covance is a company where I do not see a male domination. "

"We work across many virtual teams, so flexibility and remote work is ok for many roles. Global teams mean hours outside of your "normal" workday. Variety of projects and great colleagues."
