Flexible hours as long as you get your work done (may depend on department). Many women leaders up to senior director level, but sharply drops off at the c-level suite. Some growth opportunity, but people usually don't have the time to help others grow unless you meet someone willing to take you under their wing and help you. As a women, have had difficulty finding a suitable or willing mentor despite being surrounded by other women. Greatest benefit is work/life balance and possibility of remote work (depends on dept and location).

Maternity benefits are 6 was and could be partial depending on your length of service. You can take additional 6 was of FMLA unpaid but must be continuous after 6 was maternity completes.
