Well, it's a software company, so there just aren't a lot of women there, but I've always been treated fairly and with respect. I feel I've got upward mobility, and the other women there seem to be treated well, too.
I've worked here for 3 years and there seems to be a good gender balance at all levels. Maternity benefits are not very good at all, but the ability to work remotely does help with work/life balance.
