This is a pretty good place to work at. I'm not too sure yet about advancement. Hopefully there will be advancement placement.

Depending on the location you may lose your job due to restructuring that seems to happen about every 6 months

Senior executives are almost 100% male. Women don't have a chance of getting into "the club"

Get ready to take a step backward in time. Top executives are bullies but the stock is doing well so there is no accountability. Women carry heavy workloads but aren't in the club. Women at the top don't help others, it's not savvy to state the obvious or point to employee survey data that indicates a need to change. The men pay each other well, incompetence abounds. Smart people leave.

Well, it's a software company, so there just aren't a lot of women there, but I've always been treated fairly and with respect. I feel I've got upward mobility, and the other women there seem to be treated well, too.

I've worked here for 3 years and there seems to be a good gender balance at all levels. Maternity benefits are not very good at all, but the ability to work remotely does help with work/life balance.

I've worked here for close to 4 years and there are many women but mostly in supporting roles. Decision makers are mainly male and the one or two on the Mgmt team are often dismissed.
