Great company, but tough if you’re a parent. No overarching flex policy so there’s a sense of haves and have nots. All dependent on your VP. Mine happens to not have children so there’s a gap in understanding.
There are many women in the company in senior roles, but with recent changes in ownership and C-level leadership, the focus on advancement, growth and promotions for both men and women have diminished significantly.
In the time I worked there I met many wonderful people and it can be a lot of fun working there.
