    Many coworkers are expecting and are not given any kind of accommadations.Walk 8to12 hours on cement pull 30lb carts climb up ladders reaching overhead.Doctors notes were ignored.Pregnancy viewed as annoying to upper mngmt.

    Maybe. If they are interested in working in retail, then perhaps I would. If they need adequate training and equal pay, then no. As I was being displaced and given the chance at demotion, I was clearly told by HR that I had been underpaid as a manager.
