"Great company, but tough if you’re a parent. No overarching flex policy so there’s a sense of haves and have nots. All dependent on your VP. Mine happens to not have children so there’s a gap in understanding. "

"Don't waste your time.The management is brutal and uncaring.The morale is zero.You are a number nothing more.The rank and file employees are exhausted,lied to,pays are ripped off.Itsall take and no give."

"Many coworkers are expecting and are not given any kind of accommadations.Walk 8to12 hours on cement pull 30lb carts climb up ladders reaching overhead.Doctors notes were ignored.Pregnancy viewed as annoying to upper mngmt."
