Overall the culture is aimed at equal respect for women and men in the company. There are a lot of company backed initiatives to promote women-led projects, even a company sanctioned trip to the women's march. That being said, they still have a ways to go to promote women into leadership and offer the same amount of respect to those who are in leadership.

They truly respect work-life balance (although I guess that depends in part on your department). There are plenty of opportunities to get involved with or lead initiatives that support women and their voices both at Huge and also in the outside world.

Be proactive about creating opportunities for and supporting other women. Don't be shy when it comes to taking initiative. Lead by example. Never say sorry unless you have something which truly deserves an apology.
