You have to have thick skin. You have to be able to anticipate what the executive director wants and know that no matter what you do, your work is never good enough.

Great mission, but the office culture is unnecessarily stressful due primarily to the Executive Director. Prepare to be micromanaged and have your work constantly criticized.
