    Good cause, kind and passionate staff. Predominantly women, with woman Exec. Dir. Intense micro-management. All advancement relies on gaining favor with erratic, sometimes volatile ED. Small staff suffers from high turn-over. Poor work-life balance. No additional maternity leave outside of short-term disability.
