Same maternity leave policy as JHU--not terrific time off. Not relevant for me, but I've heard others complain.
A lot of women work here and the company allows for flexibility for working mothers. There is no paid maternity leave which is a downer. I also think there should be more support for breastfeeding moms but overall I am very happy working here.
Most of the leadership below the CEO is men. The men have been around for a long time. Time for new blood.
