It's a very relationship driven culture. People with seniority are treated differently as well as those sitting at their 'flagship site' location in Rochester, MN. Preference seems to be given there more often than not due to the exposure and ability to interface with others. Telework is possible but not in all positions. It is very value driven and team focused so that is a plus.

Leadership is sincere about gender diversity. That said, it's still a male dominated environment and change is slow- epsecially at the "middle"
