Awesome working with the employer, here. But he should rise the wages.
MOM's corporate is a lot different than at the store. I worked my way up, and there's a number of women in significant leadership positions, 2 out of 6 on the leadership team including CEO, an almost equal amount of female department heads. Store level is a lot more about sticking it out, then who's currently in place. I've seen a lot of changes in over 5 years working at this company.
There are a lot of women in leadership roles here and opportunities arise often to move up into management if that is your goal.
